Things to do in Toronto

* Following in the footsteps of underground new york bars - make a reservation at Goodnight lounge by texting them 647.963.5500 any time after 3pm.

*Parlour is a fairly new lounge (more on the fancy side) with great top 40 music you will actually want to dance to, beautiful dinner patio and tucked away from the usual clubbing crowd. Email them for guestlist.

I recommend kareoke next door at The Office with the most friendly and unintimidating crowd I have ever seen! The best music list I have seen!

Dive Bars: 1602 Dundas West (fairly new but has dance nights some weekends!), Unlovable, The Red Light & Camp 4 (1185 Dundas Street West)

Restaurants: Nyood has turned into a day club - go Sundays for Brunch 1pm-4pm

Terroni is my favourite Italian restaurant as well as Jake Gyllanhauls. Just go early - tends to be a long line

Dine in the Dark at Noir restaurant or stand in line with the rest of us at new mexican restaurant Grand Electric in hipsterville/Parkdale

Shopping: Pho Pa is great for unique trendy pieces, 698 Queen St. W. Actually this whole area is filled with great boutiques
