 The leather trimming trend is still going strong. Is it just me or do fashion trends last longer now adays? Jacket by Chloe. FYI - H&M actually does sell this in the US. There was one left on the manican. Just a tip that if the sales girl refuses to sell it to you do what I did. I asked to speak to the manager. Buttered him up with compliments (he actually did have a really nice tie!) and told him I'm flying out the next morning and had to have it. Try to be as convincing and assertive as possible.
Also, if you're ever returning anything to the store even though their policy is no refunds, speak to the manager and tell them that you know this is not something they normally do but can they just make 'an exception just this one time'! works everytime!

 Light eyebrows! Why not, currently dark bushy eyebrows are all the rage - whats old is new!

Just a little TIFF tidpit: when watching films screenings at the Festival try to watch the first screening usually at night at Ryerson, Elgin or Roy Thomson Hall if you want to see the celebrities present.

It's confirmed, Esthero is beautiful, talented & funny! Triple threat!!

Smoking on stage, singing with her dad, playing with her brother, swearing, and ....joking around - it was an amazing show! Can't wait for the new album esthero!

GOSSIP: Apparently, Esthero and Nelly Furtado used to be friends....are not not anymore!

Here's a little tidbit I found on the Amazon:

"I became a huge Nelly Furtado fan after the release of Whoa, Nelly! But, I now realize that she totally ripped off Esthero's sound -- as Esthero says in O.G. Bitch. I researched a little further and found that the two Canadian bred divas were friends and Esthero was even featured on a track called "I Feel You" for the Whoa, Nelly! promo disc. Once Nelly's debut album was actually released, the Esthero track was removed and replaced with "Well, Well."

If you listen closely, O.G. Bitch is Eerily similar to Nelly's song Party, from Whoa, Nelly! I personally think that if Nelly's fans (at that time) had gotten wind of Esthero, that would have certainly taken away some of Nelly's shine. Nelly's sophomore effort, Folklore, is a good album. But, it is void of the Esthero-esque vocals, not to mention the trip-hop/reggae tinged tracks that helped her sell millions of CD's the first time around.
